I joined a company called Sureset in 2003
Sureset being one of the largest suppliers and installers of resin bound materials in the uk. Sureset first introduced and launched resin bound materials in 1998.
Soon after joining Suresets installation team I became site supervisor in charge of all site work and quality control throughout installations we as a team worked all over the UK and beyond installing resin bound materials to a consistently high standard for our customers.
After 2 years I was promoted to installation manager and site surveyor overseeing all installations checking quality control and training Suresets approved installers. Also covering site visits and pre contract meetings for the private sector.
All the time gaining more and more experience in the resin bound trade.
In 2007 I approached Sureset management and proposed starting my own business concentrating on the domestic market which is an area that is sometimes overlooked due to the huge demand for resin bound materials by the private sector.
To my delight Sureset management thought it was a great idea and have helped me in my quest to be able to supply and install this fantastic product at a more affordable rate to the domestic market.
